Visit of the Cultures Encounter Delegation to the Director of Personnel Security Brigadier

General Atheer Al-Omeidi

A delegation from the Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue and Democracy visited the

Director of Personnel Security, where they were received by Brigadier General Atheer AlOmeidi, in a dialogue meeting that discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation, particularly

in the fields of disseminating a culture of societal peace and enhancing security and social

awareness among citizens.

The visit was directed and followed up by Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi, President of the

Center, as part of the Center's policy to build bridges of cooperation with active national

institutions that contribute to entrenching societal peace. For his part, Brigadier General

Atheer Al-Omeidi welcomed the delegation, affirming his keenness to support initiatives that

enhance security and cultural awareness in society.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Center's delegation honored Brigadier General Atheer

Al-Omeidi with an appreciation shield in recognition of his role and efforts in supporting

societal peace, as part of the Center's series of initiatives to promote dialogue and

partnership with Iraqi institutions.
