وتعزيز التبادل الثقافي،المشترك بين الطرفين في مجالات دعم الحوار المجتمعي
والبرامج التي يمكن العمل عليها بشكل مشترك لخدمة الشباب وتطوير،والمعرفي
المبادرات الهادفة إلى تعزيز التعايش والسلام
Official Visit by the President of the Center for Cultures Encounter to the Embassy of
Switzerland Following its Reopening in Iraq for the First Time in Over 30 Years
In the context of enhancing cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and on the occasion of
the reopening of the Embassy of Switzerland in Iraq after an absence of more than thirty
years, Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi, President of the Center for Cultures Encounter for
Dialogue and Democracy, paid an official visit to the headquarters of the Swiss Embassy in
Baghdad, where he was received by His Excellency the Swiss Ambassador. During the
meeting, prospects for joint cooperation between the two parties were discussed in the fields
of supporting community dialogue, promoting cultural and knowledge exchange, and
programs that can be worked on jointly to serve youth and develop initiatives aimed at
enhancing coexistence and peace. For his part, the Swiss Ambassador welcomed the visit,
appreciating the Center's role in supporting dialogue initiatives and promoting
understanding among cultures, and affirming the Embassy's readiness to cooperate in future
projects, especially in cultural, educational, and humanitarian fields. This visit represents an
important milestone in the Center's journey to strengthen its international presence and
establish new bridges of cooperation following the return of Swiss representation to Iraq.
