As part of enhancing dialogue and the exchange of intellectual perspectives, Sheikh Mohsin

Ukla Al-Aboudi, President of the Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue and Democracy,

visited His Eminence the Religious Authority Ayatollah Sayyid Hussein Al-Sadr. The meeting

focused on the importance of opening spaces for responsible dialogue regarding societal and

intellectual issues, and promoting balanced discourse to support stability and the values of

understanding. The two sides also discussed the role of intellectual elites in spreading

awareness and confronting division through responsible speech and balanced vision.

His Eminence welcomed the visit, emphasizing the importance of such meetings in bringing

viewpoints closer and enhancing intellectual work that serves society and its unity. In turn,

Sheikh Mohsin expressed his gratitude for the gracious reception and valuable advice. This

visit aligns with the Center's orientation towards openness to various intellectual figures to
