والتأكيد على أهمية تعزيز التواصل،بحث عدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك

بما يسهم في دعم الاستقرار وترسيخ القيم الإنسانية،والتفاهم الثقافي والمجتمعي

كما استعرض الشيخ العبودي رؤية مركز ملتقى الثقافات للحوار والديمقراطية في.الجامعة

، وتعزيز جسور التقارب بين الشعوب،العمل على نشر ثقافة الحوار والتعايش السلمي

ع ّبر سعادة، من جانبه.مستلهماً القيم الأصيلة التي تجمع المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية

مؤكدا ً أهمية هذه المبادرات،السفير عن تقديره لدور المركز ونشاطاته الفكرية والمجتمعية

جرى التأكيد على أهمية استمرار، وفي ختام اللقاء.في تعزيز روح التفاهم والتقارب

The President of the Center Meets with His Excellency the Ambassador of the Sultanate of

Oman in Baghdad

Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi, President of the Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue

and Democracy, met with His Excellency the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the

Republic of Iraq in the capital, Baghdad. During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual

interest were discussed, and emphasis was placed on the importance of enhancing cultural

and societal communication and understanding, which contributes to supporting stability

and entrenching unifying human values. Sheikh Al-Aboudi also reviewed the vision of the

Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue and Democracy in working to disseminate a

culture of dialogue and peaceful coexistence, and strengthening bridges of rapprochement

between peoples, drawing inspiration from the authentic values that unite Arab and Islamic

societies. For his part, His Excellency the Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the

Center's role and its intellectual and community activities, emphasizing the importance of

these initiatives in promoting the spirit of understanding and rapprochement. At the

conclusion of the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuing meetings

and cooperation in a way that serves the interests of the two brotherly countries and

peoples.
