زار معالي وزير الزراعة الدكتور عباس جبر العلياوي مركز ملتقى الثقافات للحوار والديمقراطية وكان

في استقباله رئيس المركز الشيخ محسن عكله العبودي وعدد من أعضاء وإداريي المركز وخلال

جرى التباحث حول أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الحكومية والمراكز الفكرية،اللقاء

وتشجيع المبادرات التي، ونشر ثقافة الحوار والمواطنة،والثقافية في دعم التنمية المستدامة

تسهم في الارتقاء بالواقع الزراعي والبيئي بما يخدم الإنسان والمجتمع كما استعرض معالي الوزير

مؤكدا ً على ضرورة إشراك،بعض الخطط والمشاريع الزراعية التي تسعى الوزارة إلى تنفيذها

المؤسسات المدنية والثقافية في رفع مستوى الوعي البيئي والزراعي لدى المواطنين وأشاد معاليه

،بالدور الذي يقوم به المركز في بناء جسور التواصل والحوار بين مختلف فئات المجتمع

**Visit of His Excellency the Iraqi Minister of Agriculture to the Center for Cultures Encounter

for Dialogue and Democracy**

His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Abbas Jabr Al-Aliawi, visited the Center for Cultures

Encounter for Dialogue and Democracy. He was received by the Center's President, Sheikh Mohsin

Ukla Al-Aboudi, along with a number of the Center's members and administrators. During the

meeting, discussions were held on the importance of enhancing cooperation between government

institutions and intellectual and cultural centers in supporting sustainable development, promoting a

culture of dialogue and citizenship, and encouraging initiatives that contribute to advancing the

agricultural and environmental reality in a way that serves humanity and society. His Excellency the

Minister also reviewed some of the agricultural plans and projects that the Ministry seeks to

implement, stressing the necessity of involving civil and cultural institutions in raising citizens'

environmental and agricultural awareness.
