Visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to the Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue and Democracy

H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Iraq visited the Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue and Democracy

in the holy province of Najaf Al-Ashraf. He was received by the Center's President, Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi, along with a

number of the Center's members and administrators. The meeting explored prospects for cultural and intellectual cooperation

between Iraq and Austria, and the Center's role in promoting the values of dialogue and peaceful coexistence among diverse

cultures and religions. The importance of Najaf Al-Ashraf as a global scientific and spiritual center that can contribute to

building bridges of communication between East and West was also discussed. The Austrian Ambassador expressed his

admiration for the activities carried out by the Center in the fields of dialogue and democracy, affirming his country's readiness

to support cultural initiatives that contribute to consolidating the concepts of peace and mutual understanding. At the

conclusion of the visit, Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi expressed his appreciation for the Austrian side's interest, stressing the
