Head of the Cultural Forum Center visits the government representation of the Kurdistan region in Baghdad

Within the framework of opening up to various official institutions and enhancing national communication paths, Sheikh Mohsen Okla Al-Aboudi, Chairman of the Cultural Center for Dialogue and Democracy, was hosted by His Excellency Minister Fares Issa, representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Baghdad, where a special meeting was held on a number of important issues on the Iraqi arena.

The meeting dealt with several axes, most notably:
🔹 Promoting the culture of national dialogue as a strategic option to consolidate peaceful coexistence.
🔹 The role of intellectual and cultural centers in supporting stability and spreading democratic values.
🔹 The importance of cooperation between Baghdad and the region in facing challenges and establishing mutual trust between the components.

During the meeting, Sheikh Mohsen Al-Aboudi stressed that the Cultural Center will remain a platform for dialogue and openness, which seeks to strengthen bridges of communication between the various parties, in order to serve the supreme national interest.

For his part, Minister Fares Issa expressed his great welcome to Sheikh Aboudi, praising his efforts in spreading a culture of peace and rapprochement, stressing that Iraq urgently needs specific initiatives that lay firm foundations for understanding and coexistence among its components.

This special meeting is an important step towards enhancing communication between Baghdad and the region and establishing a culture of dialogue as the cornerstone of building a secure, stable and prosperous Iraq based on justice and mutual respect.
