Head of the Cultural Center of the Romanian Embassy

Sheikh Mohsen Okla Al-Aboudi, Chairman of the Cultural Center for Dialogue and Democracy, visited this Tuesday, 20/10/2019, the headquarters of the Embassy of the Republic of Romania in Baghdad and was received by the Ambassador of the Republic of Romania to Iraq, Mr. Radu Octavian Dobri, and the conversation was within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations and mutual cooperation. The visit dealt with strategic issues of great interest.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand areas of cooperation in various sectors, as well as regional and international issues of common interest, including political and economic developments, and ways to enhance cultural dialogue and academic exchange between the two countries.

This meeting comes in the context of ongoing efforts to enhance understanding and cooperation among countries, and to emphasize the importance of dialogue as a means to achieve stability and sustainable development. It also reflects the keenness of the two sides to strengthen and develop bilateral relations to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples.
