Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi Visits the Political Advisor at the Embassy of the Arab Republic

of Egypt

Sheikh Mohsin Ukla Al-Aboudi, President of the Center for Cultures Encounter for Dialogue

and Democracy, visited the Political Advisor at the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in

Baghdad. During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation between the Center and

diplomatic institutions in the fields of cultural and intellectual dialogue were discussed, in

addition to exchanging views on initiatives that contribute to promoting the values of

understanding and coexistence among the components of Iraqi society, and supporting

cultural and community development projects. The role of the Center for Cultures Encounter

for Dialogue and Democracy in building bridges of cooperation between civil society and

partner embassies was also addressed, which enhances mutual benefit and spreads a culture

of constructive dialogue. At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties affirmed the

continuation of coordination and cooperation to enhance joint cultural and intellectual

initiatives, which contributes to serving society and supporting mutual understanding

between Iraq and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
