في إطار جهود تعزيز العلاقات الثقافية والإنسانية بين العراق وجمهورية التشيك، أجرى الشيخ محسن عكله العبودي، رئيس مركز ملتقى الثقافات للحوار والديمقراطية، زيارة رسمية إلى سفارة جمهورية التشيك في بغداد، حيث كان في استقباله سعادة السفير يان شنايدوف.

شهد اللقاء نقاشًا موسّعًا حول آفاق التعاون الثقافي والفكري بين الجانبين، وسبل دعم المبادرات التي تعزز مسارات الحوار والتفاهم المشترك بين الشعوب، بما يسهم في ترسيخ قيم السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.

وأعرب الطرفان عن رغبتهما في توسيع دائرة التعاون الثقافي بين المؤسسات العراقية والتشيكية، مؤكدين أهمية بناء شراكات قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل وتعزيز القيم الإنسانية المشتركة.

وأكد الشيخ العبودي في ختام اللقاء شكره وتقديره لسعادة السفير شنايدوف على حفاوة الاستقبال وعمق النقاش الذي دار خلال الزيارة، مشددًا على التزام المركز بمواصلة العمل من أجل بناء جسور التواصل الثقافي والإنساني بين العراق وجمهورية التشيك.

وتُعد هذه الزيارة خطوة نوعية في مسيرة المركز لتعزيز حضور العراق في المشهد الثقافي الدولي، وتأكيدًا على الدور الحيوي للدبلوماسية الثقافية في تحقيق التقارب بين الشعوب

Official Visit of the President of the Forum of Cultures Center to the Embassy of the
Czech Republic
As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen human and cultural relations between Iraq and
the Czech Republic, Sheikh Mohsen Okla Al-Aboudi,

President of the Forum of Cultures
for Dialogue and Democracy, paid an official visit to His Excellency Jan Šnaidof,
Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Iraq, at the embassy headquarters in Baghdad.
During the meeting, they held extensive discussions

on prospects for bilateral
cooperation in cultural and intellectual fields, emphasizing the support of initiatives that
promote peace and stability.
Both parties expressed their desire to expand cultural cooperation between Iraqi and
Czech institutions, affirming the importance of building partnerships based on mutual
respect and shared human values.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Sheikh Al-Aboudi expressed his sincere gratitude to

Ambassador Šnaidof for the warm reception and meaningful dialogue, reaffirming the
Center’s commitment to continuing joint efforts to build bridges of cultural and human
communication between Iraq and the Czech Republic.
This visit represents a significant step in the Center’s mission to enhance Iraq’s
presence on the international cultural scene and highlights the vital role of cultural
diplomacy in fostering rapprochement between peoples.
